undercar cooling duct for all types of motorsports! pat. pending.
an all aluminum duct to fit your "blue blower" type of fan. At only 1" tall and with a 36" reach it will fit under any (legal) chassis. Designed to use between rounds, delivering cooling air to your transmission / converter, or even your oil pan or rear end. For you stick shift guys, cool air to your clutch / flywheel!
Not only will these benefit from longer life, but make your car more consistent. That's right I said the " C" word. In bracket Racing , what is the goal, .....BESIDES winning?
CONSISTENCY! CONSISTENCY ! CONSISTENCY!
How can your car be consistent when the tranny isn't the same temperature after the 4th run as it was after the 1st or even the 2nd run? What does variable temps mean?
Hotter fluid = different line pressure =trans brake release?
Hotter bands & clutches = different shifts, firmness?
Hotter converter = different stall speed, flash rpm?
Remember we're talkin hundredths, usually thousandths here!
Doesn't it make sense to try to have your transmission the same temp every run? You try to have your engine the same temp for a reason, why not your transmission?
ELIMINATE VARIABLES = CONSISTENCY
WOULDN'T YOU LIKE TO ELIMINATE ONE VARIABLE?
SHOULDN'T YOU?
